Heading to Lake Las Vegas to photograph a big family was a little intimidating. I brought along my friend Tia to assist me because I had no idea what to expect! But everything I expected went out the window as I watched an army of 11 people in white shirts & jeans walk across the bridge towards me. My goal for the day was to get 1 or 2 good shots of everyone. (Realistically there is no way to get everyone looking good at the same time, right?) But this family proved me wrong. They totally let me in, showed me their personality, and through that their love for each other took over every picture. I had more fun taking their pictures then I have had at a shoot in a long time. They are CRAZY but they are crazy for each other, and that is what we should all strive for. Thank you guys for letting me be part of your amazing family for an hour. You have something to be VERY proud of!

Never a Bore - TEASER
Last weekend I spent the day with a good friend and her family. Part of it we were in an amazing part of Vegas that rarely gets seen...then we partied in the cleanest, friendliest laundromat around. This family never ceases to amazing me with their creativity! I hope you enjoy these. There are more to come so check back soon.

Gorgeous Family to Shoot
Taking 3 kids to 3 different locations isn't easy. But they were troopers and we got a few good shots. Masyn almost fell down the hill more than once and the boys had to dodge broken glass...but we all came out in one piece. My sister has such a gorgeous family and I didn't even come close to doing them justice...so needless to say...more to come!

Not Just "Picture" Perfect Family
Between the mountain, the smiles, the scenery, and the faces, there was beauty all around. The Robinson Family loves the outdoors and everything just worked together perfectly. With real smiles and real love, I couldn't go wrong. This shoot challenged my ability to get so many people in one picture without taking away from each one of them. I also have a habit of only shooting faces, but full body shots were so fun! This family is such a blessing to me and mine...they are truly priceless. Hopefully these pictures do their beautiful family justice.
